‘Teen Wolf’ Fan Letters Choke Up Dylan O’Brien

What do sweaty torsos, distinguishing moles and sharp aim with an arrow have in common? They’re all things people love about the “Teen Wolf” cast, obviously! We figured one video of Dylan O’Brien and Tyler Posey reading fan letters didn’t nearly do your poetic worship justice, so we decided to up the ante with a second installment that also includes Holland Roden, Crystal Reed, Tyler Hoechlin and Daniel Sharman, who truly do love you as much as you love them.

Holland and Crystal get the ball rolling by reading a sweet letter praising Allison Argent’s evolution from girl next door to fierce butt-kicker, but things really get…intimate…when Daniel does a dramatic reading of a note penned by one of TyHo’s biggest fans. “Your sweaty, shirtless torso means the world to me. And thank you for busting your ass (which is glorious, by the way) to maintain your amazing physique,” he reads aloud with a sultry bravado, causing Tyler to giggle like a schoolgirl. And when one fan calls out Dylan O’Brien’s “sweet little moles and brown eyes,” the actor gets a little verklempt at her heightened perception. “You notice my moles!? Jeff usually CGIs those out!” he cries. Never underestimate your fans, Dylan.

ARTICLE: ‘Teen Wolf’ Cast Previews 5 Things To Expect On Season 3

Last we left Scott (Tyler Posey), Stiles (Dylan O’Brien), Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) and the rest of MTV’s Teen Wolf crew, things were not looking so great. Scott and Allison (Crystal M. Reed) had broken up; Jackson (Colton Haynes) had turned from one supernatural being into another, and Derek’s pack was left alone in the woods, being circled by the unknown.

When Teen Wolf returns for its third season on Monday, June 3, four months have passed and the new school year is just starting. But while it is doing so without one conflict-filled character, a whole new pack of them are coming in. Beacon Hills will soon be home to a bunch of new Alphas, sure to stir the pot and raise the stakes even higher.

Celebuzz was on-set with the Teen Wolf cast to get the scoop on Season 3. Here are some highlights.

…3.) Both Scott and Stiles are focused on growing up and bettering themselves, not relationships. “Scott is really trying to take care of himself,” Posey said. “He wants to feel good about himself, so to do that he really has to be proactive and responsible, and he’s in a great place, even [with] the break-up.”

“Towards the end of the second season, Scott was kind of getting behind in school, and he was putting everything before school and trying to save people, and he has since prioritized his life. He’s doing great in school; he’s reading every day; he’s doing a bunch of pull-ups — one-armed pull-ups, by the way!”

And as for Stiles, O’Brien shared that his research is actually evolving into real detective work: “His room has turned into a crime scene [investigation] of sorts. He has boards everywhere and pictures up and things connected. He has this web of information around his walls, kind of. He’s always been the detective, sort of, but now he’s actually becoming like his dad.”

Teen Wolf returns for Season 3 on Monday, June 3 at 10PM on MTV.

ARTICLE: ‘Teen Wolf’ episode 3×07 title revealed

Season 3 of Teen Wolf is inching its way closer and closer to premiering this summer, and today we learned the title of episode seven!

According to SpoilerTV, episode seven will be titled “Currents.”

The title is vague, to be sure, and it could also have multiple meanings. Is it in reference to literal or figurative currents? Could they be electric currents or water currents? Unfortunately, we don’t have any other information just yet.

We know the first episode of season 3 will be titled “Tattoo,” and will open with Isaac being injured.

Episode two will be called “Chaos Rising,” and will find “Derek and Scott fighting side-by-side for their lives.” Meanwhile, episode three will be titled “Fireflies,” which will have “Scott and Derek asking for help from an unexpected person.”

The other (small) bits of information we know are that Dylan O’Brien (Stiles) helped pen a scene for episode 3×06, and that episode 3×08 will feature a young Derek Hale, presumably for the promised flashback episode.

ARTICLE: Season 3 – Stereky Scenes

February 11, 2013 2:54 AM ET
“Teen Wolf”: With all that’s going on with the new Alphas in Beacon Hills, fan faves Stiles and Derek don’t interact much in the first half of the season, but Dylan O’Brien has some ideas about how their first meeting of the year should go. “There aren’t any Stereky scenes so far,” O’Brien tells us, “But I had an idea for Jeff, that when we do finally meet, and if we have a scene that’s very expositional — like if we come together and something’s going on we have to converge and discuss something — then we should kind of stop at the end of it and before we walk away, Stiles should just say, ‘I missed you.’ Just to acknowledge it for the fans in little, funny ways.”

10 Spoilers: Stiles’ ‘Teen Wolf’ love life

“Teen Wolf”: If you thought that Jackson leaving Beacon Hills would encourage Stiles to revisit his unrequited love for Lydia… think again. According to Dylan O’Brien, Stiles has officially moved on. “I think if the opportunity presented now, Stiles wouldn’t even take it. He’s mentally, physically, emotionally, trying to move on,” he says, then laughs. “I’m gonna be toying with some new girls, you know what I’m sayin’?” In addition to exploring some potential new love interests this season, Stiles will spend a lot more time with his dad, helping to solve cases at the police department. They’re a regular Veronica and Keith Mars.

ARTICLE: ‘Teen Wolf’ Season 3 Premiere Date Revealed

MTV’s most addictive — and always clothing optional — series returns June 3, 2013!
Teen Wolf fans, your wait is (sort of) almost over! MTV revealed Feb. 19 that the show will return for a third season on June 3, bringing Scott (Tyler Posey), Stiles (Dylan O’Brien) and the rest of Beacon Hills’ beautiful residents back into our lives.

The reveal was done through an elaborate mosaic on Facebook, which also encouraged fans to tweet the hash tag #TeenWolfSeason3. Unsurprisingly, it quickly became a worldwide trend. The mosaic turned out to be a preview of the new season’s first scene.

While Jackson won’t be returning for the new episodes — creator Jeff Davis confirmed Colton Haynes‘ departure — there will be plenty of new (and familiar) characters to keep you entertained all summer.
